New Activities to Gain Maximum Exhibition Effectiveness

Advantages of Exhibiting at EDSFair2004

For First-time Exhibitors
You will receive one free usage of the Fair's visitor database to send information to visitors during the e-mail dispatching period, or set up banner ads in spaces reserved for first-time exhibitors on the EDSFair2004 web site.

For Exhibitors Present at EDSFair2003
If you apply for more booth space in 2004 than you did in 2003, you will receive one free usage of the Fair's visitor database to send information to visitors during the e-mail dispatching period.

For All Exhibitors
A10,000 discount per booth will be applied for all applications received by September 12, 2003. You will also be eligible to participate in the primary booth allocation and seminar-schedulin lottery at the exhibitor orientation meeting. Discounts will be offered on ad fees in the official guidebook and Fair information e-mail service.


Structure of E-mail Information Dispatching Service

To more effectively use exhibitor information and promote closer links between exhibitors and visitors, information on exhibits and seminars will be sent by e-mail to visitors to previous EDSFairs and preregistrants for EDSFair2004. This e-mail news service, which will commence with submissions received by the deadline in early December, will enhance visitor motivation and draw attention to specific booths.
After EDSFair2004 concludes, we plan to develop an e-mail news dispatching service* using target segmentation to reach visitors who did not visit your booth. This service, available only to exhibitors at EDSFair2004, will help you enhance the effectiveness of participation.
