Visitor Trends at 2004

Many visitors to EDSFair 2004 spent four to five hours in the exhibition area, illustrating the level of interest in exhibits, seminars and the Conference. In addition to the two primary reasons expressed for visiting the Fair: "To receive the latest information on products and technologies" and "To understand industry trends," a major purpose of visits was "to gather information prior to introducing new technologies." To respond to needs for more information, we are planning new seminars and Conference programs, and will reinforce the contents of Theme Corner exhibits while improving information disclosure.
