1. Low cost
For regular exhibitors at EDSFair, the total minimum cost is ¥384,300, which covers ¥294,000 for the smallest booth space (2.97 m x 2.97 m), plus ¥90,300 for rental booth and other equipment. For exhibitors at the Venture Company Pavilion, however, the minimum cost is only ¥200,000, which covers both minimum booth space (2.2 m x 2.0 m) and rental costs.
2. High added value
-In addition to exhibiting space, the corner will feature a Presentation Stage, which can be used to highlight participating companies' technologies and products to a large audience, and also encourage visitors to drop by their booths.
-A special Communication Area, with tables and chairs, will be set aside within the Pavilion. Located close to the booths, this area can be used for effective business discussions with visitors.
-Interpreters will be on hand at the Pavilion. Feel free to use their services when communicating with visitors who are not well-versed in English.
-The EDSFair Office will actively publicize the corner to prominent Japanese media organizations and encourage them to set up interviews with exhibitors. We aim to help maintain the visibility of exhibitors, not only during the event, but afterwards as well. All this is included in the ¥200,000 participation price.
In addition, Pavilion exhibitors can use our existing sales promotion services (fees apply). These include sending information about your company to our mailing list of EDSFair visitors; posting your company's banner on the EDSFair website; placing your company's advertisements in the official Guidebook and Event Hall Layout Map; and arranging participation in exhibitor seminars.

The aforementioned services are designed to maximize productivity during EDSFair 2006. Information about setting up can be easily obtained from the EDSFair English website, which also provides information about hotel discounts for participants and relevant public transport details.
