Although there are so many processors, it is difficult to find out the best alternatives to discontinued products. If you use general-purpose processor, you might feel anxiety about disclosure of your software assets by disassembly. To make your products unique, you might have to challenge up to realize low power consumption or to respond to short cycles using an FPGA.
We have received research performance of various processors from Imai Laboratory of Osaka University. ASIP Meister which has been developed based on their works is provided to the user, as well as used a development tool for in-house processors by ourselves. Therefore, we can release a variety reasonable processor IP cores in short-term and it is possible to provide users with a development environment and the corresponding application programs.
In this EDSFair, we will display new various compatible processor IP cores that focus on the discontinued legacy processors. Also, we will suggest the best processors that will meet your purposes.
